I Have A Smartship Set Up. Why Am I Showing As Inactive?

A Smartship is a great way to ensure that your account stays active over the months! If you do have a Smartship set up but your account is showing as inactive it may be because your Smartship is scheduled to process in the current pay week. 

Anytime a Smartship is scheduled to process within a given pay week, the account will show inactive until that Smartship has processed. After the Smartship process, the system updates shortly after.

If you do not see your projected commission during this time, there is no need to worry. The system will still pay any commission earned within that pay week, as long as the Smartship is processed on the scheduled day. Any carryover volume that was not reflected, will also appear back on the account when the Smartship process IF you are binary qualified.

 

A couple of other reasons could be that your Smartship is not meeting the minimum volume requirement of 40QV, or your Smartship has recently declined.
