Why have I lost my carryover volume?

In order to keep accumulating carryover volume, you must be active and binary qualified. If you are not active but you are binary or vice versa, the carryover will be lost. When it is lost your volume will flush out and start over at zero. To prevent this from happening, make sure your smartship/orders are being placed every 30 days and you have at least one personally sponsored representative active on both the right and left leg.
