What do I do if I have not received my order?

If an order is returned to our office by no fault of Total Life Changes the customer is responsible for paying the original shipping amount to have the order resent. Total Life Changes is not responsible for paying the shipping cost of orders that have been returned to our office.

 

In the case in which an order shows up as delivered; for Total Life Changes to process a replacement, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost. Total Life Changes is not responsible for the shipping cost of an order.
