How do I get an order resent because I didn't receive it?

If an order is returned to our office by no fault of Total Life Changes the customer is responsible for paying the original shipping amount to have the order resent. Total Life Changes is not responsible for paying the shipping cost of orders that have been returned to our office. 

 If an order shows in delivered status in order for Total Life Changes to process for a resend the customer/IBO is responsible for paying the shipping amount of the order to be resent. Total Life Changes is not responsible for the shipping cost of an order.
