After enrollment you should receive an email from HYPERWALLET asking you to create your TLC Pay portal. If you have not received this email you can visit the TLC Pay tab in the top right corner of your Back Office, and select to ‘Resend Activation Email’.
Once you receive the email and create your TLC Pay Portal you can begin to receive payments!
You will be notified when your first payment is made, at that time you will be able to request your TLC Pay Card from the TLC Pay Portal, OR you can set up a different transfer method through your Bank, PayPal, Prepaid Card, or Money Gram! You can even request to have a paper check issued!
Once your card is received or your transfer method is set up you are all set to start getting paid!
