Why haven't I received commission?

There could be multiple reasons on why you have not received commission.


  • Your smartship declined for the month causing you to be inactive
  • Your order did not have a qualifying volume of 40 points
  • There were no customer orders or new IBO sign ups within that week
  • If you were receiving binary pay but do not see any commission for it, it could be that you are not binary qualified anymore or there was no volume generated during the pay week to accumulate binary pay
  • Commissions have to be more then 12 dollars to pay out. If the commission isn't up to that amount then it will roll over to the next week until it is 12 or more dollars.
