How Do I Request A Refund?

TLC offers its retail consumers a 30-day guarantee. Product and marketing materials returned within thirty (30) days after the purchaser shall receive a 100% refund of the price actually paid, minus shipping and handling costs.


If your case does not meet the following criteria, please note that you may not qualify for a full refund.


  1. It has been no later than 30 days from the date received. 


  1. You have let us know why you are returning the product via email (info@totallifechanges.com) or called our customer service number.

  2. Original invoice or the printable copy, that can be found in your back office, is attached to the package.


  1. Any merchandise being returned to our Distribution Center must be sent prepaid.


  1. The full or empty product containers are included. 

    The 30 day time period begins at the time your package is delivered, which can be determined by the tracking number provided.

     Consumers must provide any requested documentation relating to the sale and no refund shall apply to promotional products or samples. LC’s must refund any amounts collected by them and not by TLC.
