How do I request a refund?

Total Life Changes has taken years to develop the most effective and healthy products on the market. Give our products a try for 30 days.  If you aren’t happy with your results let us know!  You can return the unused portion to us and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. 

 

What if I want a refund and my order has already been shipped?

If we have checked your order status and your package is already on its way to you, though you still want to get a refund, we are happy to honor that.  We advise you to refuse shipment when the post office attempts to deliver your order.  If the post office has delivered it to you, you may still return the package unopened by writing “return to sender” and depositing the package at the post office. 

Once we receive the returned package, unopened, we will issue a refund to you.  Please take into account that there may be a wait of 7 business days or longer for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.  The reason is because it takes time for the post office to send the package back and then time for us to process the return.  It takes more days still for the banks to arrange for the transfer of funds.

First, you need to call or email us to let us know that you are requesting a refund because of our 30 day money back guarantee.
