Why did I get a message about my autoship order not processing?

This can easily be corrected! You can place a new order today by signing into your account online and placing another order. You should also update your card in your smartship account for future orders. You can do this by signing into your account. You can select the icon for orders at the top of the page. From there you will select 'smartship' from the menu on the left side of the page. You will see the saved smartship profile on this next page and you can 'view/edit' your profile from there.
