Yes, if a new Life Changer is placed on the incorrect leg or under the incorrect sponsor, a placement change or sponsor change can be made only if an email is received within 72 hours of the signup, otherwise, we will not be able to honor the request.
Please make sure to include your Life Changer ID, New Sponsor, and placement being requested.
Your email needs to be sent in by the account holder or direct sponsor.
All placement and sponsor changes must be sent to email@example.com
Note - If the request is honored, please allow 24-48 hours for the change to reflect in your back office.
