The credit card for my smartship was declined. Can you run it again?

If your order was not processed because the credit card on file was declined, then you will need to place another order. NOTE: If you are a TLC distributor you can log into your back office and place a new order with the correct qualifying volume (depending on your rank.)

You can easily correct this by following these steps:

1.)  Log into your account.

2.)  Click on the shop tab.

3.)  Place an order with the correct volume to keep your account active

4.)  If needed, update your card information by clicking on change setting then select payment methods to edit your card information
