What is the return policy?

If your case does meet the following criteria, please note that you may not qualify for a full refund.

1. It has been no later than 30 days from the date received.
2. You have let us know why you are returning the product via email (info@totallifechanges.com) or called our customer service number.
3. Original invoice or the printable copy, that can be found in your back office, is attached to the package.
4. Any merchandise being returned to our Distribution Center must be sent prepaid.
5. The full or empty product containers are included.
