What is the return policy?

If your case does meet the following criteria, please note that you may not qualify for a full refund.

1. It has been no later than 30 days from the date received.
2. You have let us know why you are returning the product via email ([email protected]) or called our customer service number(1-586-630-5791).
3. Original invoice or the printable copy, that can be found in your back office, is attached to the package.
4. The full or empty product containers are included.

**note that the shipping cost to return the product is to be paid on behalf of the customer**
