It is very important to provide an email address when signing up a new distributor and/or customer because tracking information is sent to the email address on file. Tracking information is typically available within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If any of the items purchased are on backorder you will be notified by email. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number, you can contact our shipping department by calling customer service at: 1-888-873-1898 and selecting option 4. If you see a “not found” message for your tracking number on the USPS website, please note that it may take up to 48 hours from the time you receive the email with your tracking number to appear on the carrier website. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered after the tracking information has been updated in the carrier system.
