As a growing company we are always looking for new tools to better assist our IBOs and customers. We have created a new and improved smartship alert. This alert will take effective immediately and will now be as well as giving a phone call to make aware that the smart ship has declined it will also send a automated text message with the corresponding information. It is very important that all cellphone and home phone information is updated in the back  office. Below is an example of the profile you may use this as a guide to updating your information
