What is the exchange policy?

If you are unsatisfied with our product(s) you are eligible for an exchange within sixty calendar days from the date of delivery. 

The customer would need to cover any shipping, tax and difference in price if applicable.

You may submit a request to our email at info@totallifechanges.com or by calling (810) 471-3812 (Domestic) and (888) 873-1898 (International).

Product purchases must have been placed and processed by Total Life Changes, LLC. Any products purchased by third party eCommerce websites are not eligible for an exchange. Examples include but are not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
