We have started a new SmartShip loyalty bonus for product kits starting October 1, 2019. Smartships with two product kits will reward 5 TLC points and three-product kits will reward 10 TLC points. Point rewards will be applied to the account holder once their SmartShip order has been processed. All Life Changers & Preferred Customers are eligible to receive TLC point rewards!
Point Rewards are the same as cash which can be used towards future purchases, gifting, and/or transferring to anyone in your organization. If you have Points available on the due date of your SmartShip they will be applied to your order and the remaining balance will be charged to your card on file.
Point rewards will be applied to the account holder once their SmartShip order has been processed. Kit availability will vary by country. Only certain Kits qualify to payout rewards. Any order that is refunded will show a negative balance on the purchasers' account.
