How Do I Request An Exchange?

Total Life Changes is committed to providing customers and Life Changers with exceptional service. You are eligible to exchange your unused product(s) within thirty calendar days from the date of delivery. 

Print and complete the RMA form and return it with your product to 6094 Corporate Drive, Fair Haven MI 48023. 

Please provide a copy of your order invoice, that can be downloaded in your back office portal. Provide the item(s) that you would like to exchange for. If there is a difference in pricing a customer support agent will contact you to process the balance due.

TLC may withhold or deduct any commissions, bonuses or other compensation earned as a result of qualifications utilizing product now being exchanged.
