SmartShips are processed every month on a day of your choosing.
Life Changers or Preferred Customers qualifying for bonuses or points will need a monthly order on the same day of their last qualifying order, in order to be considered qualified & active. Refer to the Compensation Plan for QV requirements.
You may update your items, shipping address or payment method in your SmartShip Profile. Changes to your SmartShip can be made from your back office portal. Any changes made before the due date will reflect in your upcoming SmartShip.
Note: Same day changes are not guaranteed if your SmartShip has been processed.
