My Product is Damaged or Defective; How Do I Return It?

If you received your product and believe it to be defective or it arrives damaged, don't worry - we will get you taken care of by offering you a replacement.


Simply by completing this form below:

Order Claim Form

 Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we have reviewed your form and approved a replacement you will receive a replacement email. Due to our high demand, we are currently experiencing a longer than normal response time. We do apologize but do not worry we will make sure your case is reviewed.
